The Edmonton Oilers were 44-25-11 in 1987-88. They finished 2nd in the Smythe Division and 2nd in the Campbell Conference. They won in the 1988 Stanley Cup Final against the Boston Bruins, 4 games to 0, to win their fourth championship.
