The Tennessee Titans were 13-3 in 1999. They finished 2nd in the AFC Central and 2nd in the AFC. They fell to the St. Louis Rams, 23 to 16, in Super Bowl XXXIV on January 30, 2000. It was their first Super Bowl appearance.
